This plan provides investor information as well as basic information about the strategic business plan required for the establishment and operation of JTB&#8217’s Industrial Sales Division. The Industries Sales Division outlines all aspects in this sub-plan. JTB Industrial Sales, Inc., one of three sub-corporations, is a holding company. It will be created in February of 2012 in Richfield Louisiana, as a corporation pursuant to the Laws of the Commonwealth of Louisiana.

JTB’s Industrial Sales Division will distribute top-quality Industrial-related products and services to local and national clients in the Automotive and Aerospace Industries, Primary Metals and Machining Industries, Mining and Contractor Industries, and in the Military and Governmental procurement sector. JTB Industrial is partnering with many U.S. companies to provide additional support and products for our clients’ ongoing manufacturing and purchasing needs. JTB Industrial Sales will join the other JTB divisions to maximize profitability. They will have access to our industrial Products and Services Division’s equipment and personnel to assist our clients.

Mitchell and Rachel Jeremy will be responsible for managing the Industrial Sales Divisions. A team-oriented and customer-focused team of 3 will also support the management team. JTB, Industrial Sales, Inc. has retained the services a CPA firm in order to prepare tax returns and payrolls, as well as to serve as a business consultant for setting long-term strategic goals.

JTB Industrial Sales, based on current prices in the industrial distributor market, has the potential to make $325,000 within its first 18 months of operation. It is possible to expect revenue growth of approximately 24% if there is good management. The projected ratios at the end of Fiscal Year 2 are quite solid.
