Sputtek India was established in 2019 and is in the process of setting up PVD ( Physical Vapor Deposition) Coating unit with about 10,000 sqft facility at RIICO Industrial Area, Karoli, Rajasthan.
Services
Sputtek understands the importance of manufacturing productivity. With our several PVD coating machines, three shifts a day and in house capabilities of, stripping, polishing and coating we provide 12 to72 hours turnaround service.
Pick up Delivery
We provide pickup and delivery service across Ontario covering all major cities and surrounding areas. We also arrange Pickup and Delivery in other Provinces/States and abroad.
Technology:
Sputtek PVD process implements cathodic arc and sputtering process are unique. Sputtek applies PVD coating in maximum ionized and plasma focused environment which allows to deposit extremely hard coating with low internal stresses.
Testing
Our QA laboratory performs metallurgical analyses measuring Micro hardness, Coefficient of friction, Thickness, Surface roughness of coatings.
