Premier Airport Transportation Service will span the gap between the mediocre taxi service and the high-priced limousine service. PATS’s middle price will make it attractive for both business travelers and families. It will be a great alternative to having to drive and park at the airport for families. Premier Airport Transportation is for business travelers who prefer a more luxurious alternative to taxis, but are not concerned about the impact on their travel budget. He eventually assumed managerial responsibility for Yellow’’s Customer Care Call Center. Sam’#8217 is a key to the success and sustainability of PATS. Premier will benefit greatly from Premier’s logistical expertise. The customer service experience will also help to support their competitive edge.
Premier Airport Transportation will fulfill Cleveland’s unmet need for a reasonably priced, high service level airport transportation service. PATS will be in break-even within the first eight months and double its sales for year two and three. PATS will lose money in the first year but make a good profit in the second year.
