This is a priceless experience. Additionally, the value of networking based on Sarah’s previous insurance relationships will give Ideal a large leg up on the competition.

Sarah will also be creating an intensive training program that shares her knowledge about the insurance industry with her colleagues. All employees with go through this training.

Ideal will be profitable by month 11 and have modest net profit by year 3.
